The Challenge
People who work in events organize everything for others, but no one organizes it for them. Requests arrive as audios, chats, emails and phone calls, so tasks get lost. They spend almost two full days a week on unpaid admin work. The challenge was to design a tool that turns all this chaos into one clear agenda without adding extra work.
The Solution
We researched event workers in depth, mapping how requests reach them.
I designed an agenda where every event holds its own tasks, sorted by dragging, plus an AI assistant that turns chats into to-dos.
The product was designed to fit every event trade, from DJs to caterers, and lets users add tasks just by telling itos, as if talking to a friend.
Outcome
The project gave me hands-on experience designing AI-powered products. I left with a deeper understanding of user research, conversational interfaces, and how to turn messy day-to-day work into simple tools people enjoy.
