The redesign included clearer navigation, consistent icons, and task-focused layouts, helping users complete actions confidently and quickly.

The new flows felt smoother and more intuitive. Users highlighted the combined unlock and destination feature as a clear improvement, and most completed tasks successfully — enhancing their overall biking experience in the city.
